Professor of University of San Diego,USA Visits ECUST

    Professor Zhu Pengcheng of the University of San Diego, USA, was invited to give a lecture to teachers and students of School of Business, ECUST on May 27th,2016. The academic report , entitled “Inside the 'black box' of Private In-house Meetings: Implications for Fair Disclosure and Insider Trading Regulation”, helps teachers and students to have an in-depth understanding of the information disclosure and insider trading behavior.
